These courses are designed for common situations in daily life. It can meet the needs of students in China at different levels. From simple expressions to commonly discussed topics, the course will help students learn how to solve problems in real situations using Chinese.
The course uses a wide range of multimedia resources to provide an immersive experience in conversational language; it includes learning to speak Chinese and recognize and use Chinese characters.
Students who have no basis in Chinese and those who are willing to learn general Chinese for daily usage. Book ConsultationThe survival Chinese course is an interesting and interactive class. During the course, students will learn about 1000 everyday Chinese characters and learn key grammar structures. You will be able to communicate in Chinese and express your elementary life needs including dealing with most common situations using the Chinese language.
Level 1 | 60 Hours
You will learn 200 common words, will be able to understand and use 30 basic grammar structures and introduce yourself. You can have a discussion on topics used in coffee shops and restaurants. Furthermore you can express the time, your location and manage transportation means. You will have the ability to pass HSK Level 1.
Level 2 | 60 Hours
You will learn an additional 200-300 words/characters on basis of Stage 1. You will learn to understand and use more grammar structures, such as suggestions, requests, and comparisons. You can independently ask directions, see a doctor when sick and use your Chinese during work, rest, travel, in a hotel, during shopping, etc. You will have the ability to pass HSK Level 2.
Level 3 | 80 Hours
Another 500-600 new words will be learned and you will be familiar with the main grammar structures. You can independently introduce characters, move house, discuss your interests and hobbies, describe articles to be submitted for repair, file complaints, give feedback, plan activities, etc. You will have the ability to pass HSK Level 3.
